Winter's Glow: Grand Illumination Parade Norfolk 2026

The 40th Annual Grand Illumination Parade. This year's theme is Ruby Radiance, celebrating the brilliance, warmth, and energy that represent this beloved regional tradition for its 40th anniversary. Inspired by the richness of jewel tones and the glow of illuminated streets, participants are encouraged to interpret radiance in creative ways, including color, movement, texture, and light.
