Saturday SUNday at Elizabeth River Park, Chesapeake Va. Come join the Back Bay Amateur Astronomers (BBAA) for our monthly public solar viewing event! Please note that this event is weather dependent, but one of the few ways to safely view our closest star! We will have the equipment to allow safe, enjoyable solar viewing using specially designed solar filters and purpose built Hydrogen-Alpha Solar Telescopes. Sunspots, prominences and flares - oh my!
