Don't forget to check out our Digital Detox station — a fun and easy way to unplug and unwind for a bit. 🎵 5:30 p.m.: Virginia Beach's Thanks for Listening Records sets the stage for the evening, spinning and selling records before the film screening. 🎤 6 and 7 p.m.: Join short and engaging art chats featuring works on view in both the permanent collection and special exhibitions. 🎨 6:30 p.m.: Celebrate the Perry Glass Studio Assistants' final show in the Margaret Shepherd Ray Family and Student Gallery, featuring handcrafted glass and mixed-media works from the program's graduating cohort. 🧘🏽♂️ Also at 6:30 p.m.: Join a classic Pilates mat class at the Museum, where shape and line inspire body and mind. Offered by Club Pilates of Norfolk. 🍿 8:30 p.m. / Dusk: Outdoor screening of PRINCE: SIGN 'O' THE TIMES (1987) in Mary's Garden. A one-of-a-kind concoction of avant-politico-pop, hip-hop, funk, rock, and R&B, SIGN 'O' THE TIMES shows off Prince in his absolute prime. Directed by Prince himself, the film features The Purple One performing alongside a band of absolute killers, with Sheila E. on drums, ripping through hits from the 1987 multi-platinum album. ✅ FREE!
