East Beach/EOV Farmers Market

The East Beach/EOV Farmers Market runs Saturdays from 9am to Noon at Bay Oaks Park in Norfolk, VA. The 2026 season runs May 2 through November 21. Vendors include local food, produce, artisan goods, and more. Parking: Two public parking lots are located along 3rd Bay Street, and parallel parking is available on surrounding side streets in all directions, including 5th & 6th Bay Streets and Pleasant Avenue. Weather Policy: Markets are rain or shine unless weather is severe, or unless the City of Norfolk decides conditions are unsafe for us to use the Park.
